Stopped by for a quick coffee with friends and got a cinnamon roll. Loved the outdoor seating area, let’s you relax and you’re able to people watch. It was the perfect weather to just be outside and enjoy the day. It was kind of small inside but I like it! They did have additional seating in the very back. Super cozy and I’ll have to stop by again when in the area.
The oldest PJ's in the world, it is so quaint and comfortable. Everyone working there is cheerful and helpful.
I'm not usually about chain coffee places, but I LOVE this location. The staff are all super friendly and even helped me make up a drink (the covered granita, one pump tart cherry, one pump and whip cream)! Plus the back patio is a great spot to chill!
The staff at this location is great! Matcha was delicious & the interior design of this location was super cozy & nice! They also have gluten free options for my celiac friends!
The coffee is great! But you come to this particular location for the atmosphere! Very Hygge!
PJ's coffee is one of the best roasters in New Orleans, with many locations throughout the city and region. This particular store on Magazine Street is always clean, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The courtyard is a truly peaceful spot, with beautiful alcoves equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy coffee with friends, or read/study in. Inside, the store features several lounge-style rooms with cafe tables and couches. Overall it is generally a quiet and upscale coffee shop, while much less expensive than many national chain coffee shops.
Hasn't really changed in 35/40 yrs. Visiting brought back a lot of great memories. Esp the back patio!
